March Density of Population
The corrective measures taken by the population,
For it is in the census count which makes the population count.
The population heralds in a new year,
Let the new year bring in a five year planning,
Let us hope that the new year brings in a freshness to the density of population.
Let the population count be positive;
For that shall bring in blossoms of new year,
Let there be happiness and cheer in every mind.
For the hopefulness of the spring season herald in a new year!

Let us not talk of population explosion,
For it lies in the consensus of the people,
To rule the Laissez-faire government.
