We plan the action of the economy on the basis of a theory,
We accord the budget planning according to the economic rules.

The ministers work in accordance with the rules of the nation.
We hope to build an economy,
Which is in keeping with the ups and downs of the economy;
The rule of the thumb is not very good,
So we accord the rising of the economy,
According to the surplus budget.
The maximum advantage the people can get out of the economic system,
So that it functions efficiently.
